FR4/G10 Epoxy Cloth Laminate Sheet Introduction
FR-4/G10 epoxy cloth laminate sheet or epoxy fiberglass cloth laminate sheet is a plate-like laminated product formed by electronic grade fiberglass cloth impregnated with epoxy resin and fire retardant under hot pressing of high temperature and pressure. It has high mechanical property and dielectric property, good heat, and moisture resistance, as well as strong mechanical processing property. It is a widely used insulation laminate sheet.

The surface of the epoxy cloth laminate sheet should be flat and smooth, no bubble, no wrinkle, no delamination or crackle, and properly free from other defects such as scrape, impress, dirty spot, and uneven color, but a little color patches is allowed.
